Thad Rubens

"hey man, just wanted to let you know i went to a track yesterday full of different types of corners and applied some of the cornering tips. (especially the brake slide) after just one hour of working on it i cut 4 seconds a lap. sweet.... i found that with the brake slide keeping the rpms up helped me bolt out of the turn. thought you'd like to hear about it. thanx thad. RAIL IT..........."

Steve Hatch's Vision-as Written By BitGravity

"I want the video experience on Steve Hatch Racing to be as realistic as possible -- so much so that viewers feel like they're actually out there on a bike themselves," said Steve Hatch, professional off-road motorcycle racer and owner of Steve Hatch Racing. "BitGravity's instantaneous video feed without a download made this an easy choice. We have an extensive training video library and thanks to the high performance and state-of-the-art technology of BitGravity's platform, the training videos on the site rival television in quality and speed. We are also looking for the same performance on an international scale and BitGravity's global CDN ensures our international viewers the same high quality and response time." Steve Hatch

Bret Stenhouse

"Hey Steve, just touching base. I just watched the cornering video and wanting to pass on that I thought that one was the BEST YET! There was alot of "meat". I especially liked the video of you cornering the "wrong way" and the tip about creating a practice oval. I think this is an area I have overlooked in my practice and that I tend to set to far back without my butt off the seat."

Robert Miller

"It's awesome!!!!! I have improved a lot."

Vern Gamble

WOW Steve! Great, more than I expected. Thanks Vern

Gary A.

"Great Website! This is definitely the best thing going to teach me and others better riding techniques. I have been a member of your site for 7 weeks and my riding skill (C )? has been improving as I have been practicing during the week."

Brent Stedmyer

I was extemely impressed with the Stevehatchracing videos. They are just like having Steve with you, again and again and again. I pick up additional technique every time I watch the clips. They are precise, easy to understand and making a huge difference in my riding.

Aubrie And Carl Williams

”The weeks leading up to the race Aubrie had almost no time on the bike, because of school and swim practice. But she did watch every training video over and over almost every night. She attributes all of this riding success to your clinic and The Steve Hatch Racing web site! As I have said before we love what you and Denise are doing, the web site is nothing short of awesome!” Carl and Aubrie Williams

Steve Larkin

"I think that this is great, how you keep this program personal, and how fast you answer my questions. I'm going to let the word out about how good this program is turning out to be." Keep up the great work. Thanks again Steve Larkin

Kevin Welch

hi steve, your website is oustanding, i have been a member for about 2 months now and my son and i have already learned so much. we go over your techniques together and practice much more .

Mark Thomas

Hey Steve, a mate and I were out today for 4 hours and I was using the positioning techniques as per the video and it saved my bacon quite a few times. I am finding that after two months of riding dirt at least 3 times a week that my speed is really coming up and subsequently so is the arm pump LOL. Also I am forcing myself to look up and out (really hard to do even though its second nature in a car or on a road bike) and it is helping a lot with my riding particularly in sand. Today we went up a 50 degree hill that was covered in more sharp rocks than I have ever seen, I came close to flipping but in the end it went ok, hell I am even getting some wheelie action over small whoops and stutters. Another thing is interesting, although I am going faster than before, I am managing to keep myself on two wheels in places that just a week or two ago I would have gone arse up. I am looking forward to the cornering section as that is one of my real weaknesses (my confidence is the biggest issue). Also I have realised that smooth works heaps better than just a fistful of throttle. I feel like a kid again when I ride. Full roost mate!!! Regards, Mark Thomas. Australia

Zack Ingram

Steve, "The visualization document is unlocked and I read it. It seems to be very helpful. I'm looking forward to the rest of the program. Thanks for everything."

Eric Bailey

"Over 10 years of training and racing and I hit my peak potential so I thought. Steve has changed my way of thinking, my way of racing, and my way of life. Steve has taught me how to overcome my challenges in all aspects of life in order to be the best in all areas not just racing." -Eric Bailey

Susan Soule\'

Steve, Thanks a lot for everything. Justin came home so full of new knowledge from you and your wife. He really loved the yoga. Thank you also for the riding jersey and the picture. Please tell your daughter she took some really good pictures. Justin’s confidence level is at an all time high, I know we are going to see some great things for him in the future. Take care and thank you for everything. Susan Soule'

Cindy Davis

"First I wanted to say, Thank you so much for being you. I've watched you at the clinic you had on our property and then again at IDR's race. No matter if you are headed for ...(whatever) if someone stops to, talk, shake your hand, ask a question, or just to tell you their stories, you have (or take) the time to make each and everyone feel special. That is a great quality to have, in todays world we don't find much of that."

Shane Davis

Hi, its Shane Davis, I just wanted to thank you for teaching me so much at the clinic at Cortland NY after learning every thing I did there I went out and applied it to the race track and found that it really dose work. It is great to know all those little secrets about being faster. I rode this last race trying not to dab and keeping my form, elbows up, and visualizing the win. In doing all of this at the last race I some how got a win for the first time. It also could have partly been because I had 2 new tires on my bike. Kyle took first as usual but that's after coming from behind because he endued into an unmarked large hole and getting road rash from the gravel driveway he went over. he then took first in schoolboy right after the mini race. Thanks a TON!!!

SHR Riding Clinic-Brett Craig

Wannabe Racing07-13-2005, 07:06 PM I took two different classes and went from a ok at best B rider to 6th in the AA class within two years and that was with a big crash and not being able to race the last three races. I would highly recommend the class and he is a great teacher

3 Day Private Clinic In AZ-Thor Kissman

Spent three days with Steve Hatch - Off-road Racing Clinic. My three days experience with Steve Hatch was absolutely phenomenal! I originally sought out Steve when I decided to push my racing performance up a few notches.

Darren Spicer-Private Lesson

Hi Steve, Thanks for getting back to me. I set the brakes to your specs and ...suprise...better control. My turns and the feel of the bike are improving. I couldn't believe how much more control of the bike I had when I applied weight and squeezed with outside leg like you told me to. Thanks again.

Marc Reynolds

Steve, I just wanted to share with you that I took 1st out of 16 in the Senior B class in the Berthoud HS! It was easily my best race. First time I won any class there! I was only able to practice for about 2 hrs Sat before the race since I got back from AZ, 90% of the time was doing drills we did and then applied them to a couple laps on the course. Mentally I have been racing a lot though. I mostly focused on getting up on the tank, elbows up and pinching the bike on the straits.... I struggled with my form the last 30 min or so but couldnt belive how much faster I was the other 75%.... I almost felt I was cheating!!

Justin Soule\'

I finished 2nd place. This also moves me up to 2nd in the series. I had so much fun at this race. Great sand washes, steep up hills and down hill. The racing terrain was awesome, very similar to what I practice at home. It was a 3.5 hour race on 16 miles of whoops and square edges. My bike ran perfect, my hard training has really paid off with Steve Hatch. The last hour was grueling but I still felt good at the end of the race. Every race I learn and try to improve on something. This race was no different. I went out with the attitude of having fun and to relax. It worked, I had an excellent finish, didn’t get arm pump and had fun. My next race is WORCS Round 4 in Washington April 11-13th. Thank you very much for everything. God bless, Justin Soule’

Ken Hughes

Steve, First, I just wanted to say thanks for coming on board as one of my close friend's son's trainer and coach. Over the last almost year, I've seen Kale really come into his own - from a smooth "quick" rider to a smooth aggressive "fast" rider - all while operating within his means. Kudos also to you in your approach with the training. I listened as you taught Kale with true intent to educate in a manor few teachers at your level have. Great job!

Marc Reynolds

Hey Steve, "Wanted let you know I won the overall Sen A in the Weberacing HS series! Im still working on all the different things we went over when I was down there this spring and continue to improve."

Ryan West

"Steve i was at one of you riding clinics at knobby acres it helped me so much it took me a few races but i went on to win the year on my 450 and our president told me that i was going on to open A and i wanted to thank you so much one day i hope to be as good as u and rodney and i am going after my dream of being pro if it wasnt for you i would never have done it and i really want to train with you well thank you so much your the man"

Kailub Russell

This week will definitely go down as one of the biggest so far in my life. I graduated high school, which will let me now focus 100% of my time on my racing. For the past two years I’ve been going to real school, not homeschool, and we all know what a significant chunk of time school and homework can take out of your day. On top of graduation, I had probably the biggest achievement of my racing career so far—winning the XC2 Pro Lites class at the Sparta, KY GNCC! The start of the race for me was pretty lousy. I didn’t get a very good jump and was mid-pack heading into the woods. With a few miles of virgin trail ahead of me I knew it was going to be tough to work my way through the very fast XC2 pack. By the end of the first lap, I had moved my way into 4th but was nearly a minute behind the leader, Dustin Gibson. I hooked up with my buddy Andrew Matusek and we rode together for a couple of laps. I was feeling really smooth, and not pushing too hard. I made my way around Andrew and got the pit board from my mechanic Hollywood telling me I was 40 seconds down. I kept riding well and the next lap I was 42 seconds down! At that point I wasn’t too sure if it was going to be my day! Somehow though, I slowly began to start reeling Dustin in, and was able to get past him. With 2 laps to go I really put my head down and charged. I rode my fastest lap on lap 5, and my 2nd fastest lap on the last lap (lap 6). I think this is a great testament to the training program that Steve Hatch has created for me. Mentally I felt really tough, and once I was in the lead I knew that the race was mine to win. As I rounded the final few turns before the finish, I finally took a look back and realized I was all by myself. My last lap charge was too much for Dustin and I ended up winning by 1 minute and 2 seconds. What an awesome feeling!

Nathan Kanney

I have a really good program with Steve Hatch, so every time I train, I see the progress, and I feel it. To me, the more time I have to prepare, the better, because it seems like every time I get on the bike with Steve I get better. "Since I've been with Steve Hatch and his Steve Hatch Racing Training Program, there's no such thing as guess work. Everything I do know has a purpose and a goal, and that goal has me winning races for the first time in my pro career."

Tayor Robert

I have known Steve and Denise since I was 8 years old. They are great people, always willing to help. I have been on the Steve Hatch Training program for the last 3 years. I have noticed huge improvement in my riding, racing, preparation and everything that goes into being a motorcycle racer. Since I started training with Steve, I have gone from being the average A class rider in WORCS to now having a factory Kawasaki ride and leading the series in the pro 2 class. The knowledge that Steve and Denise have on every aspect of racing is just unbelievable and will help anyone from beginner to full pro.

Kailub Russell

So how different are things now that you’re working with Steve Hatch? "Basically it takes all the guess work out of it. He sends me emails and tells me what to do, and I know as long as I follow that plan, I’ll be on my game. Me and Steve working together has made a huge difference. My confidence is higher, and I know a lot more about focusing for a race." Kailub won his first Pro race in the XC 2 class at the KY GNCC!

Crazy SX opener in Anaheim, CA - 01.05.09
My family and I made the trek over to A1 to watch the always crazy SX opener. We are working with Ryan Sipes and he had a solid performance even having to go through the LQC because of bike issues in his heat race....He pulled a great start from the far outside and raced strong the entire race, ending up in 6th. We are looking forward to a great race this next weekend in Phoenix and Ryan is coming over a day early to work some more with Denise and I. Hope to see many of you at the Phoenix SX. Steve
Kyle Summers wins New Years GP - 01.02.09
Kyle did another warm up race getting ready for the WORCS race at Speedworld January 17-18. He rode well and was battling with his teamate and #1 plate WORCS champion Bobby Bonds early in the race. The two got seperated and Bonds had a good 50 second lead going until two laps to go and got a front flat. This allowed Kyle to take the win. It was good to see the huge strides Kyle has made in the off-season and now he is starting to see that he is going fast as he can now be closer to Bonds. I asked how close he had ever been to Bonds before and he said "I would see him for 2 corners and that's about it!" The hard work does pay off and it is a constant striving to always get better.
