How much does it cost to join?

The cost for Steve Hatch Racing's website subscription service to online training videos and training documents is $19.99 a month. These payments are automatically charged every month unless you request us to stop the membership.

How do I cancel Membership?

How do I log into my account?

On top of all pages you will see a form field to enter your email and password which will take you to the user section of the website.

How do I get back to my account if I leave the user area?

After you log in to your account you should be welcomed back like the image below, click on MY ACCOUNT to get back to your personal user area and watch videos and read training documents.

How do I turn HD on and off?

Click the HD icon in the upper right corner of the player.

Can I make the video go full screen?

Yes, click on the icon on the bottom right of the video player, if it goes fullscreen and you want to see the normal aspect ration click the box directly to the left of it. You can blow the video up and back down by double - clicking in the video playback area also.

I can't see the video player

You should see a prompt to download the most current version of the Adobe Flash Player to your system. You have to install the most recent player since you have the option to watch the videos in either standard format or HD quicktime h.264 encoding which requires the latest player.

The video is not playing smoothly

There are multiple variables that may cause this. We have taken every step possible to deliver the video to you in a high quality format, virtually real time delivery over BitGravity's CDN network.

Be realistic, if you are on dial-up this site is not going to work for you, the smallest movie sizes are 40mb and no matter how fast we push them across the network your connection speed is an issue. If you are on a dial-up connection and choose to use this site, be adivsed that you should download the entire video before trying to play.

The non-HD movies should play on MOST systems flawlessly, network connection speeds make a huge difference in delivery speed, if it seems to be chugging and the download bar in the player is moving lightning fast then let us know so we can investigate - steve@stevehatchracing.com

HD movie is chugging, our first recommendation is to pause the player and let it load on your system for around 10 seconds, also try to be realistic, these are HD videos being pumped across the internet and there are many variables with network connection, DSL, Cable, you name it. If you are still experiencing problems try these suggestions below.


  • shut all other programs down on your computer
  • close all other browser windows
  • shut browser window and re-open
  • restart your computer
  • clear temporary internet files / clear cache
  • Bang on machine until it stops making any and all noise - JUST KIDDING


We have found that any one of these steps makes the HD video tend to run better on most systems. If your system is still experiencing problems and is running the low res version OK then just watch that version, the HD files tend to be 100mb + and really can work a system. Please be realistic here also, if you are on a computer that is 5 or 6 years old and the processor speed is 1.2 mhz / 500mb ram please don't get upset but you are overly optimistic that your system can handle HD video.

Once again if you are experiencing issues with video playback please notify us at once with all of your system information including browser version - steve@stevehatchracing.com so we can look into it, we have tested on many different systems and have delivered the very best quality we can while still making it run on the majority of systems.

can I watch the videos over and over, even from months ago?

Yes-we have set it up so you can go back over your videos as many times as you like, we keep the older videos archived so you can retrieve them from your member account.

Do you do private lessons?

Yes-the cost is $100 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.

Do you custom build programs?

Yes-I can custom build you a mentoring, coaching, and training program that fits your specific needs.

If I do the One week Chiseled into a Champion program do I need a bike?

No. For $125 per day we can find you a bike in AZ or NY.
