Denise Hatch began study and work in nutrition and exercise physiology at the University of North Carolina in 1980. While attending UNC she was awarded All American Diver for spring board and tower diving then she moved to HI where she placed in worlds with an outrigger canoe team. Denise then educated in the fields of Hypnotherapy, Massage Therapy while living in Northern California in 1990. Combining all of these modalities, Denise worked with individuals, groups, and professional teams and athletes.

12 years ago, Denise began to study and teach yoga, because of the tremendous benefits that yoga offers. She is currently in study with John Friend, founder of Anusara yoga and offers this style of yoga combined with mental training to sports teams like the San Diego Padres and other top paid athletes, and teaches workshops and classes.
